Mabra Law is looking for a sharp, organized, client-focused legal case manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between our attorneys and the clients we serve, keeping personal injury cases moving, documentation advancing and communication flowing every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
- Field and manage phone calls in a manner that reflects and grows the firm
- Explain legal matters to clients with clarity and precision
- Follow up with clients biweekly to provide seamless, outstanding service
- Verify and collect supporting evidence of client injuries or damages
- Request police reports, medical records and billing statements
- Conduct in-person and telephone recorded statements
- Draft and prepare affidavits
- Prepare documentation for insurance companies
- Place Medicaid, Medicare and health insurance carriers on formal notice
- Monitor statute of limitations dates
- Review, file and log incoming mail to the firm’s internal systems
- Prepare special summaries for demand packages
- Support attorneys with settlement balances, reductions and breakdowns
- Other duties as assigned
