Single Vehicle Accidents in Georgia

Even though car accidents frequently involve multiple vehicles, single-vehicle accidents occur on a regular basis.

A single-vehicle collision can occur for a variety of reasons, and they occur more frequently than one might think.

If you are the only one in the accident, you may believe you are automatically at fault and must pay for your own damages. This, however, is not always the case. Even if your vehicle was the only one involved in the accident, you may be able to seek compensation if the accident was caused by the negligence of another party.

It is critical for drivers to understand their options in the event of a single-car accident, as well as the legal ramifications that can occur as a result of such an accident.

A driver is liable if his or her actions were the direct cause of a single-vehicle accident.

Accidents involving a single vehicle can be stressful, especially if someone else is at fault. To prove that another driver or entity caused your vehicle to crash, you will need the assistance of an attorney.

Accidents involving only one vehicle can also be fatal. The absence of another vehicle does not diminish the gravity of the accident.
