Atlanta, GA – 9 Year Old Boy Dies in a Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident
Atlanta, Georgia (January 5, 2023) - A car struck and killed a 9-year-old boy outside an Atlanta recreation center on Tuesday, Jan. 3, according to Georgia authorities. The driver is now being sought by the police.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers responded around 6:40 p.m. to the Rosel Fann Rec Center on Cleveland Avenue after receiving a report of a pedestrian being hit by a car. They arrived to find a boy who had been severely injured in the road.
