Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia

Anyone who is not driving a motorized vehicle on the road is considered a pedestrian. Pedestrian accidents are extremely dangerous. They are more serious than other types of accidents because even when moving slowly, a car can cause significant damage to an unprotected person. Almost all pedestrian accidents result in injuries, and many of them are fatal.

The law treats pedestrian accidents similarly to motor vehicle accidents. Victims have the right to seek compensation for any injuries sustained as a result of the accident.

The details of who was at fault in the accident will vary depending on what occurred, and each case will be unique.

If you or someone you care about is injured in a pedestrian accident and believes it was the result of another person's negligence, you should seek the advice of an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to help with your claim.
