Drivers must be aware of their options in the event of a single-car collision, as well as the potential legal consequences.
A driver may be held liable for any resulting damages if their actions were the direct cause of a single-vehicle accident.

Single-vehicle collisions can be complicated, especially if another driver is at fault. To prove that another motorist or other entity was at fault for your car accident, you will need the assistance of an attorney.
